Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing. Refunds are strictly limited and subject to the conditions below.

Refund Policy

1. Setup Fee — Non-Refundable

The one-time setup fee of PKR 10,000 covers manual onboarding, menu data entry assistance, QR material design, and initial configuration by our team. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once the onboarding work has begun. Please confirm you are ready to proceed before making this payment.

2. Monthly Subscription — 48-Hour Window

We offer a refund on the most recent monthly subscription charge only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the charge date.
  • You have not previously received a refund from MenQR (maximum one refund per customer, ever).
  • Your account is not under investigation for policy violations.
  • You have not made significant use of the service during the billing period (e.g., 100+ menu scans or extensive menu changes).

Refunds outside this 48-hour window are not available, regardless of the reason.

3. No Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues until the end of the paid period and no pro-rated refund is issued.

4. Abuse Prevention

Each customer is eligible for a maximum of one refund over the lifetime of their account. Accounts found to be repeatedly signing up and requesting refunds will be permanently banned without any refund.

5. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund outside the standard policy in exceptional cases such as:

  • A verifiable technical failure on our end that prevented you from using the service for more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing period.
  • A duplicate charge caused by a payment processing error.

These exceptions are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.

6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp only. Email requests will not be processed.

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at 03065967492.
  2. Include your registered email address and the reason for your request.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Your menu and account remain accessible until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — see Section 2 above.
